You think of the refinance process and you cringe. Most of us would rather go through a root canal or spend the whole weekend with the in-laws, by ourselves. Ha! Not the case at Elite One Mortgage! Ask for Rick, he's the man. He has helped finance my wife and I's first home, helped us do a streamline refinance, and helped us refi into a conventional loan early to drop the mortgage insurance from our FHA loan. Entire process was pain free since I had access to a lot of electronic documents he needed: paystub, W2, bank statements, etc. We even did most of the initial paperwork through smartphone apps like DocuSign, which saved a ton of time and driving! If you're looking for a home do yourself a favor and go see Rick and get some pre approval paperwork started; and then he can get you in contact with Susie to find the perfect house for you and your family, or just for you. We can't begin to explain how grateful we are to Rick Bengco and his team. In 2012 he assisted us in purchasing our house. It was a short sale and Rick worked closely with the bank to ensure that we were the best candidates for the house.
